      • Certified Licensed Professional Engineer - Washington, Alaska, Kansas
      • Personal:  Tom's dad was a career soldier and he lived all over the United States and overseas; previously living at Fort Lewis and Parkland with his parents.  He returned to Washington State in 1981 after obtaining his Masters in Civil Engineering and lived in Richland before moving to Federal Way.
      • He has been active in community affairs having served on the Richland Physical Planning Commission for 5-1/2 years, 4 years as Chairperson.  Tom was elected to two (2) terms on the Richland City Council and served as Mayor.  He was also elected to two (2) terms as a Director, Association of Washington Cities.  He served as Chairperson of the Washington State Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC) in 1996-1998.
      • Education:  A graduate of Junction City High School, Kansas, Tom received his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University in 1979 and 1981, respectively.  He received his Jurisprudence from Seattle University in 2001.
      • Areas of Practice:  Tom emphasizes business, estate planning and probate, personal injury, landlord-tenant, environmental law, construction, criminal and civil litigation, and nonprofits in his practice.
      • Professional Membership:  Tom is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association (KCBA).  He provides pro bono service for the KCBA's Volunteer Legal Services, Neighborhood Legal Clinic, and Newcomers Project.  He was selected as KCBA's 2004 Volunteer Legal Services Attorney of the Year.  Tom also belongs to the Association of Trial Lawyers in America.
      • He has been a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers since 1974.
      • Other Memberships:  Tom is a member of Saint Vincent DePaul church in Federal Way and serves as a Eucharistic minister.

Linda L. Walden

  • Personal:  A Washington native, Linda migrated from southwest Washington to the Seattle area.  Prior to entering the legal profession, she was involved in education as an elementary school teacher and assistant principal.  In addition, she participated in school district/community planning, wrote curriculum, and provided continuing education instruction for teachers.
  • Education:  Linda received her B.A. and M.A. in School Administration from Seattle Pacific University and her J.D. from Seattle University in 2001.
  • Area of Practice:  Linda's major practice area is estate planning.  Other areas of practice include landlord-tenant, labor and employment, business, and criminal and civil litigation.
  • Professional Membership:  She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
  •  Pro Bono Service:  Linda has provided pro bono services for the King County BAr Association's Neighborhood Legal Clinic.  The clinic provides legal services for those who otherwise could not afford legal representation.
